By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the prize draw rules.

  1. There will be one draw and three prizes. The prize consists of one Passenger sherpa lined changing robes. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
  2. Each draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are attending the RYA Dinghy Show 21-22 February 2026.
  3. The prize draw is not open to employees of Bishop Skinner Marine or their direct family members, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the draws and their direct family members.
  4. We accept only one entry per person.
  5. The prize draws close at 5pm on 22/02/26.
  6. The winner will be chosen at random after the close of the event on the 27/02/26, from all eligible entries received and the winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within 14 days of the prize draw closing dates.
  7. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to these rules will be final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. If the winners cannot be traced within six months of the prize draw dates after reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to each winner and another name will be drawn by the Promoter.
  9. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  10. Entry is free and there is no purchase requirement.
  11. The name of the prize-winner can be obtained, after 06/03/26, by emailing insurance@bishopskinner.com.
  12. By entering into the prize draws you agree that the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered in connection with the prize draw (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), the use of any prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its affiliates, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s or its affiliates’ negligence).
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the prizes at any time without notice if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
  14. We may use the winner’s name, photographs and opinions in future publicity or promotional material.
  15. The prize draw terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
  16. The Promoter is Bishop Skinner Marine, a trading name of Marsh Ltd, Registered Office: 1 Tower Place West, London EC3R 5BU.
