Bishop Skinner Marine wins Customer Care Award at the British Insurance Awards 2013
Bluefin subsidiary, Bishop Skinner Marine, an insurance broker specialising in yacht and pleasure craft insurance, is delighted to announce that it has won the 'Customer Care Award' at this year's British Insurance Awards 2013, held at the Royal Albert Hall on 3 July 2013.
The British Insurance Awards are in their 19th year and represent the pinnacle of achievement in the UK, rewarding outstanding performance across the insurance industry. The Customer Care Award is presented to the company who has clearly demonstrated an excellent level of customer care and can prove the impact of an innovative customer care strategy.

Bishop Skinner Marine has a vastly experienced team who are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest levels of service. The team’s award submission was supported by responses from their 2012 client satisfaction survey. The survey found that 98% of their clients were satisfied or very satisfied with their service and, that 98% of clients would recommend them to a friend or colleague.
