View the results of our recent client satisfaction survey

We wrote to existing clients of Bishop Skinner with an active policy and email address to measure the level of satisfaction clients have in our service, explore our relationship with our clients and to help us identify our main strengths and also any weaknesses in which to drive improvements.

The results of the survey were highly satisfactory, our headline results were:

98% of clients being satisfied or very satisfied with the service that we provided and 96% of clients who responded were satisfied with the outcome of their claims experience which to any insurance broker is the real testament to the service which they provide.

However, what was most pleasing was 98% of our clients would recommend Bishop Skinner to their friends or colleagues – this is something that people do not do lightly.

As good as these results are they will only fuel our on-going commitment to service, competitiveness and our reputation in the market.
